The top of the YO-M2 has a main panel with 5 buttons on it.
From left to right they are: Timer, Mist, Power, Auto Humidify, and Safety Lock.
The Timer button can be used to set the run time of the humidification. Press the button to cycle to the next duration level.

Level 1: 1 hour
Level 2: 2 hours
Level 3: 4 hours

For each button, you can press to cycle through different levels or settings.
The Mist button can be used to adjust the humidity emitted by the YO-M2. Press the button to cycle to the next intensity level.

Level 1: Low Mist
Level 2: Medium Mist
Level 3: High Mist

The Power button can be used to turn the humidifier on and off. When it detects that there is no water in the humidifier, it will automatically shut down.
The Auto Humidify button can be used to adjust the humidity emitted by the YO-M2. Press the button to cycle to the next humidification level.

Level 1: 50%
Level 2: 60%
Level 3: 70%

The Safety Lock button can be used to lock the humidifier. Press and hold the safety lock button until the indicator light turns red.
Press and hold the safety lock button again to unlock.

There is brown substance on the heating plate, what should I do?

Caring for the heater plateIn case of scale, please clean it with a soft sponge dipped with neutral detergent, rinse and wipe dry. Otherwise, the scale will stick on the heater, resulting in machine fault. If the water inlet is blocked by scale, the machine will not work properly.
If it is difficult to remove the scale, citric acid can be used by the following method:
① Fill in enough water to cover the heater, and boil the water by directly pressing the power button with the upper lid open.
② Add 20-30 g of citric acid after the water boils.
③ Turn off the power and leave it for about 2 hours.
④ Pour out boiled water, scrub with sponge, and then rinse thoroughly with clean water. If the heater is not thoroughly flushed, a peculiar smell may be emitted during humidification.

Why is there black substance on the heating plate of the humidifier, and why has the water turned black?
this is the peeling of the protective layer of the heater plate. The heater plate will initially have a protective coating, and the coating may slowly peel off after multiple use. This will not affect the use and humidification effect.
How should I clean my YO-M2?
It is suggested to clean the humidifier with citric acid regularly. Here is the cleaning steps for your reference:
1. Add 20g of citric acid to the heater plate.
2. Add water to cover the scale.
3. Turn on the machine and heat for 10-15 minutes, and then turn off the machine and let it stand for 20-30 minutes.
4. Pour out the original water, and rinse the heater plate again with clean water, then pour it out, and wipe the inside of the body to sure no any remaining scale. (Note: When pouring water during the cleaning process, avoid the direction of the front display screen and buttons).
What should I do if the machine is leaking water?

I set the humidity to automatic, but the machine still works after reaching the set humidity. The humidity is too high, how can I control it?

My humidifier won't turn on after using it for a while. How can I solve this problem?
Please confirm the following information and contact the after-sales team
1. Please check if the power cord is detached from the socket or the machine connector.
2. Please try a different socket.
3. Have you tried cleaning the scale with citric acid? It may be that somewhere is blocked by scale, causing the machine to fail to start.
4. If it still does not work, please send us a video so that we can check it more clearly.
