10L Steam Whole House Humidifier

I was very pleased with this humidifier with the level of water vapour in the air dramatically reducing the dryness on the house. Unfortunately, our unit stopped working properly after a few months. Before complaining to Amazon, I reached out to the manufacturer who responded with some of the best customer support I've ever experienced. After analyzing the issue, they decided to ship us a brand new replacement. All in all, a product...and a company...I would highly recommend.

We’ve tried several humidifiers in the past, but unfortunately, we had to return them due to issues like insufficient humidity output, broken parts, or being extremely difficult to clean. We considered options like Carepod and Venta but were unsure if their high prices were worth it, given some mixed user reviews.I was specifically looking for a humidifier that is easy to clean, operates well, and effectively increases humidity in the surrounding area. Given our past experiences, I was hesitant to purchase this one, but we decided to give it one last try—and we’re so glad we did! This has been an excellent purchase, and we’re truly happy with it.First of all, this humidifier holds 10L of water (5L per bucket), and you don’t need to use distilled water—we personally just fill it with hot tap water. We live in a 742-square-foot, 2-bedroom condo, and when we place it in our living room, it effectively humidifies both bedrooms, maintaining around 40-50% humidity even on the lowest setting.Most importantly, the cleaning process is hassle-free. After using it for a week (I intentionally left it for a week while periodically checking inside), I noticed some water stains, but they were easy to remove with citric acid and a soft sponge. We use a Sponge Daddy, which luckily fits perfectly inside, as shown in the picture. We’ve decided to keep this sponge exclusively for humidifier cleaning.We usually run it on the lowest setting and refill each tank about halfway per day or a bit longer. We've had it for around two weeks and will update if anything changes.In short, if you want a humidifier that effectively increases humidity and is easy to clean, just get this one!

Works very well, easy to use, fairly easy to keep clean. It manages to keep up with a 1300 sqft space during winter cold snaps when the air outside gets bone-dry where I live. It does use electricity to boil water, so expect a jump on your electrical bill. I did some rough math and found that it's about $1 worth of electricity for every load of water that gets boiled, and when it's very dry out I am filling this thing twice a day, so that's ~$2/day to use this in the depths of winter. I guess I'll find out for sure on my next power bill!
