We want your Y&O humidifier to reach you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

CARRIERS
Y&O ships with FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS. The carrier used depends on your delivery address and the fastest available service at the time of shipment.

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS
All orders ship free, with no minimum purchase. Free shipping applies to every region we deliver to.

WHERE WE SHIP

United States — Continental U.S. (lower 48 states) only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. Free shipping. Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days.

Canada — All provinces and territories. Free shipping. Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days.

Europe — EU member states and the United Kingdom. Free shipping. Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days.

Australia — All states and territories. Free shipping. Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days.

We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or regions not listed above. If you are located in one of these areas, our products are available through our authorized Amazon store.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

During peak periods, processing may take longer. If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you by email.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times are calculated from the ship date, not the order date. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

ORDER TRACKING
You will receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link once your order ships. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@yoairpro.com.

ORDER CANCELLATION
We process orders quickly. To cancel an order, please contact our support team by 3:00 PM PT on the day you placed it.

To request a cancellation, email support@yoairpro.com with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellations requested after this window, as your order may already be in processing or shipped.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
For orders shipped within the United States and Canada, no additional duties are expected on standard orders.

Orders shipped to Europe and Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. If you have questions about potential charges, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
