Among other things, good indoor air helps to relieve allergy symptoms, maintain concentration, prevent mold or improve sleep. An important prerequisite for an optimal climate is that temperature and humidity complement each other perfectly. For example, the room should be neither too cold nor too hot, nor too dry or too humid. In most living rooms, guide values ​​of 20 to 23 degrees and 40 to 60% humidity apply.

No one likes to spend time in a stuffy room. This reduces well-being and has a negative impact on health. The following tips will help you improve your indoor climate:
